Fixed a silly message variant bug, unit test env var tweaks
...
• Added an env variable to enable the debug disappearing message durations
• Moved the 'processUnitTestEnvVariablesIfNeeded' function into a separate file and added some docs (so we can just look at that file to see what is supported)
• Fixed an issue where the deleted message artifact variant had incorrectly gotten it's value changed (too late to change it back so need a migration)

Added a 'ManualResultJob' which allows for a way to add a dependency to a job which can be resolved separately from the job system (it's not persistent though)

Swapped 'save'/'saved' calls to be 'upsert'/'upserted' as that's the actual behaviour we expect (unique key based rather than primary key based)
Fixed a bug where the 'limitedReuse' 'drainBehaviour' could get stuck in an invalid state

Renamed the setter for the SOGS 'Server' object for consistency
Updated the Curve25519Kit repo to use an Oxen fork
Updated the MockDataGenerator to accomodate the latest changes
Updated the ConversationVC to better support getting replaced when the conversion from blinded to unblinded happens while on that screen
Added a cache for the mapping between blinded ids and standard ids (gets cached whenever a valid match is found)
Added a migration to remove the old 'authToken, 'lastMessageServerId' and 'lastDeletionServerId' collections (redundant in SOGS V4)
